Job Type & Hours
- Location: 100% Remote.
- Expected Hours: 20-40 hours per week, we’re looking for someone full-time, but we can be flexible on hours if you’re the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do

Content Creation
- Write educational social media posts that resonate with our audience.
- Craft newsletters that inform and entertain.
- Develop sales copy for campaigns, websites, and emails that drives action.
Audience Engagement
- Interact with our audience and industry peers through thoughtful, engaging comments and discussions.
- Build meaningful connections with others in the customer success and retention space.
Customer-Focused Copy
- Write onboarding materials, customer engagement emails, and in-app messages to help users get the most out of our products.
- Create educational content to guide customers toward success.
Campaign Management
- Plan and execute outreach campaigns to connect with potential collaborators, customers, and partners.
- Monitor results and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
What We’re Looking For
